Rolling admissions. No waiting for a new term. Most students qualify for full scholarship. The application is a conversation — not a bureaucratic hurdle.
WWES was built for Christian leaders, pastors, teachers, church planters, and elders who are already engaged in ministry and want to deepen their biblical and theological foundation — without leaving their congregations, families, or livelihoods.
Our admission process is individual — we evaluate every application personally. If you're not sure whether you qualify, send us an email and we'll tell you honestly.
All applicants are evaluated on three criteria: English ability (reading and writing at a functional level — near-native is not required), ministry engagement (active role in a local church or ministry), and academic background (varies by program level).
No specific requirements. You must be an active, confessing Christian.
No specific requirements. You must be able to study in English.
Professional teacher in a Bible school or seminary; OR officer in a denominational or mission agency; OR practicing full-time or bi-vocational pastor; OR active pastoral lay leader. A Ministry Mentor is required.
At least two years of higher-level study (undergraduate, college, or vocational); OR equivalent competency demonstrated through apprenticeship or long ministry experience.
Professional teacher in a Bible school or seminary; OR officer in a denominational or mission agency; OR practicing full-time or bi-vocational pastor; OR active pastoral leader.
Two-year or longer undergraduate degree in a relevant biblical-theological field; OR our own Certificate or 2nd BA degree.
Same as MA above.
Any bachelor-level undergraduate degree. Five preparatory courses must be completed with B+ or above before beginning graduate-level coursework.
Auto-progression: acceptance to the Certificate program automatically makes you eligible to continue to the Diploma and BTh. Completing BTh coursework makes you automatically eligible to apply for the MA. You apply once; the pathway opens as you progress.
WWES is a faith mission. Because people around the world contribute their time and money to support this mission, we are able to offer full scholarship to qualifying leaders. This is the normal situation for the majority of our students.
You qualify if all of the following apply:
Not sure if your country qualifies? Email us — we'll tell you. For countries with moderate purchasing power, a partial scholarship (registration fee waiver) may apply even when the full scholarship does not.
Nominal fees exist for those who are not on scholarship. The vast majority of WWES students pay nothing. Here is the full structure for reference:
| Program | Registration | Tuition |
|---|---|---|
| 1st Certificate | $200 | $1,375 |
| Diploma / 2nd BA | $300 | $2,250 |
| MA / Extended MA | $500 | $4,080 |
Tuition rate: $75/credit undergraduate, $85/credit graduate. Internship credits are not charged.
Graduates on full scholarship receive a digital diploma and official transcript at no cost. Physical printed degree documents with a seal are available on a cost-recovery basis. No student on full scholarship will be denied a dignified credential because they cannot pay for shipping.
We have rolling admissions. There is no term start date to wait for — once you are accepted, you begin. The process is a genuine conversation, not a bureaucratic filter.
Write to contact@evangelicalseminary.net with the details in the box below. The email itself is your application. No form, no fee, no scan of documents at this stage.
Our admissions team reads every application personally. We may ask follow-up questions about your ministry context, your English ability, or your goals. We aim to respond within two weeks.
If accepted, you receive access to the Moodle learning platform and an enrollment key for your first course: PS-10002 Orientation to Biblical Studies Online. This is required for all online students and is where your studies begin.
There are no fixed deadlines or mandatory login times. You study when your ministry allows — some students take one course per term, others take three or four. Sabbaticals are allowed. You can pause and return. The system is built to serve your life, not the other way around.
